Cybèle Ramatuelle stands out for its warm, welcoming atmosphere, similar to that of a “seaside house”. 
Comfortably seated in large rattan armchairs, surrounded by linen details and pastel green tones, carefully designed by Cordelia de Castellane, Artistic Director of Dior Maison, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the bay's turquoise waves.

Mathieu Pacaud's southern cuisine is simple and effective, featuring fresh, local produce. The menu features such classics as Greek-style melon, zucchini stuffed with spider crab, lobster with basil butter and Wagyu entrecote. The Hangover Bar also offers detox fruit juices, perfect for recovering from festive evenings.
